Shipping Policy
1. General Information
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the typical shipping options we offer:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wild Willow Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain items may have restricted shipping due to size, weight, or regulations.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
Wild WillowCreations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
